To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlfff, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your jlfff account during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against jlfff.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

jlfff reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email and/or prominent notice on the jlfff website at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of jlfff services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using our services and may request account closure with withdrawal of any remaining legitimate funds.
